HILL, NEVILLE COY Neville C. Hill of Millville passed away October 1, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at Cloverdale, Carleton County in 1918, he was a son of the late Coy and Emily (Sheldon) Hill. Neville was a retired heavy equipment mechanic. He was a veteran of the Second World War and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Millville Branch 59. He enjoyed his snowmobile, his ATV and hunting, fishing and camping at Cambridge Narrows. He is survived by his wife, Leota M. (Brewer Forbes) Hill; a daughter, Jean Nichols, Long Reach, NB; two sons, Weldon Hill (Kathleen), Cold Lake, AB and David Hill (Lori), Summerville, NB; two step-daughters, Mary Bradley (Joe), Oshawa, ON and Carolyn LaFraniere (Reg), North Bay, ON; a step-son, Bev Forbes (Lise), Millville; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; step grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Neville was predeceased by his first wife, Marjorie (Price) Hill, a daughter, Susan Braydon, a daughter in law, Theckla Hill, a son in law, Bordie Nichols and two brothers, Howard and Clarence Hill. Resting at the Maple Ridge Wesleyan Church, 1125 Route 605, Maple Ridge with visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Royal Canadian Legion Tribute service will be held at the church on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Wayne Blinn and Rev. Mark Cooney officiating. Interment will take place in Hardings Point Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Cass, Jerry Drew, Gary McConnell, Duane Hill, Ronnie Pond, Buddy Jenkins, Kevin Campbell, Gaylon Lindsay, Malcolm Storr and Douglas Page.
