(Bob) George It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather in the presence of his loving family on June 16, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre, in his 82nd year. Predeceased by parents Walter and Edith and brother Hollis. Forever loved, remembered and missed by his wife Carrie Margaret; son Michael (Debbie); daughters: Susan (Roger), Anne (Don); devoted grandfather to Paul, Robbie and Lisa Duffett, Danielle and Catherine Burlock and Rebecca and Nicholas Allen. Also remembered by numerous relatives and a large circle of friends. The family would like to express special thanks to the doctors and nurses of 4NB, CCU and 5SA of the Health Sciences Centre for their care and kindness. At Bob's request cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving friends and visitors at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
