Elsie May Webb of Providence Place, Moose Jaw, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008. Elsie was born in Toronto on July 12, 1908 to Sarah and Frank Charlton. The family homesteaded north of Morse, SK. She married Neville Webb in 1939. Predeceased by her husband in 2003, two sisters, Minnie Kerr and Emma Rogerson, she is survived by her daughter Frances (Gary) McLeod - Regina; three grandchildren: Heather (Kevin) Shalley, Hannah and Zach - Regina; Scott (Deb) McLeod, Connor and Liam - Winnipeg; and Geoff McLeod (Jamille Heer) - Saskatoon; two nieces, Marg (Stan) Gardner and family - Mortlach and Ev (Randy) Schmitt and family - Calgary. The Celebration of Elsie's life will be held at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 1:30 pm. Della Ferguson will officiate. Memorialization will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer Association, 301 -2550 12th Ave., Regina, S4P 3X1, would be appreciated. In living memory of Elsie, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J.
