Lucille Evelyn Lockwood born on the farm near Briercrest, Saskatchewan, January 15, 1913, passed away April 04, 2008, exactly one year to the day after the passing of her beloved husband, Frank Sr., after nearly 74 years of marriage. Predeceased by son Ron (1955); daughter Lynda (1997). Survived by her son, Frank Jr. (Maureen); grandchildren, Ron (Carla), David (Melissa), Nicole (Doug), Ryan & Jeff; seven great-grandchildren, Alyxa, & Spencer, Justin & Dawson, Matthew, Keenan, & Danielle. Lucille can be remembered as a very generous person who loved to entertain family and friends. Being very social she developed a passion for bingo. Even at 95 she added colour to any room, and will be greatly missed by her many friends and neighbours in Huntley Wynd where she and Frank have resided since 1980. She'll live on in our hearts and minds always. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A celebration of Lucille's life will be held on Tuesday April 15th at Huntley Wynd Clubhouse, 6600 Lucas Road, Richmond, BC at 2:30PM.
