ALLEN, LOIS MARION The passing of Lois Marion Allen of Penniac occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Monday, November 21, 2005. She was 91. Born in Barkers Point, NB, she was the daughter of the late Irvine and Vida (Chase) Savage and wife of the late Guy Allen in 1965. Lois was employed in the housekeeping department of the Victoria Public Hospital and a member of the Olivet Wesleyan Church, Marysville. Survived her children Dennis Allen (Sharon) and Dale Allen (Karen) all of Penniac, daughter in law Mary Allen of Penniac, ten grandchildren Richard, Glen, Stephen, Michele, Shari, Denise, Jason, Claire, Grant and Jason; ten great grandchildren; two brothers Ken Savage (Laura) of Marysville, Billy Savage (Vivian) of Fredericton; two sisters Florence Schriver of Maugerville and Phyllis Wheeler of Douglas, numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Allie Allen, two brothers Arthur and Osborne Savage, and great granddaughter Tracy Alice. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 - 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the Olivet Wesleyan Church, Marysville on Thursday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Lona Johnston officiating. Interment will be in the Penniac United Cemetery.
