RICHARD, FIDEL JOSEPH It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Fidel Joseph Richard, 72, from Minto. The public is invited to attend a prayer service held at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on December 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Conference Rooms 1A & B. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Alice Marie Richard (nee Arsenault), two children: Kenneth Richard of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and Paula Marie Dean and her husband Scott Dean of Minto, his grandchildren Michelle McHugh and Samantha Richard also of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. He is also survived by his sister Eileen Grant of Minto and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Holy Rosary Church, in Minto.
