MILLS, EDNA ALBERTA ROSE The passing of Edna Alberta Rose Mills occurred in her 85th year on Monday, December 26, 2005 at the Saint john Regional Hospital "May her soul finally rest in peace". Born in Rusagonis, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Emma (Astley) Mills. Miss Mills is survived by one brother, Lee Mills (Isabel) of Waasis; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Besides her parents, Edna was predeceased by two sisters, Selina "Lena" Charters, R.N., and Lois Truswell. Edna was employed at Atlantic Sugar Refineries for 37 years. Painting and photography were a couple of her passions in life. Clogging and bowling and Participation were some of her physical activities. "The love of her life were her 5 dogs and 1 pigeon, they were like her children. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., Saint John, with visitation on Wednesday between 2-4 and 7 to 9. Service will be conducted in Fitzpatrick's Chapel on Thursday at 11 A.M. by Rev. Robert Allaby. Interment to take place at a later date at Guthrie Rural Cemetery, Haneytown, N.B. (Base Gagetown).
