NORMAN FREDERICK SHARP
SHARP, NORMAN FREDERICK Norman F. Sharp of Nortondale, NB passed away December 26, 2005 at his home. Born in 1922 at Nackawic Siding, he was a son of the late Norman W. and M. Frances (Gerow) Sharp. Norman was skilled in several trades and was employed during his life as an electrician, a heavy duty and automotive mechanic and a welder. He was a member of the Forever Young Seniors Club in Woodstock. He is survived by one daughter, Norma Winona Hastewell and her husband Kemp, Invermere, BC; one son, Beverly A. Sharp, Nortondale; one granddaughter, Pam Hastewell, Calgary, Alberta; one sister, Etta Blaney, Maple Ridge; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Roberta M. (Grant) Sharp on April 1, 2005, a daughter, Faye in 1981, a son, Frederick in 1991, a sister, Nadine Fawcett and three brothers, James, William and Arden Sharp. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Blinn officiating. A reception will follow at the Temperance Vale Community Hall, 542 Route 605. Interment will be later at Temperance Vale Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be LaFay Lawson and Alton MacElwain. Active pallbearers will be Peter LaForest, Arthur Gove, Brian Connor, David Jones, Ellis Fawcett and Arthur Fawcett.
