MAUGER, HUBERT J. On Thursday, January 12, 2006, Hubert James Mauger passed away suddenly at his home in Harvey, York Co., NB. He was 75. Born in D'Ecousse, NS on August 24, 1930, he was the son of the late Edward and Lily (LeLaucher) Mauger. Hubert was a retired Automotive Body Mechanic having worked the majority of his years in Seattle, USA. He was Anglican by faith. He is survived by his devoted caregiver and companion, Lisette Goulet; a sister, Ellen Holloway (late Dave) of Halifax, NS; nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents; a sister Irene Mauger and a brother Basil Mauger. There will be no visitation hours held at the funeral home, however family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial service to be held Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at 11:00 am from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB. Rev. Canon T. A. Smith will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date.
