Thomas The Creator has called George "Elgan" Thomas to his heavenly home on May 15th, 2008 at Canora, Saskatchewan. Elgan was born on July 3rd, 1920 in Lemberg, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Hilda; 4 sons Donald (Delaine), Hal (Kathy), Tim (Gloria) and R. Donald; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Thomson officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Legion Rites will be observed by Roscoe Steele of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #59.
