VIOLA MABLE COFFYN V. DOTEN

DOTEN, VIOLA MABLE COFFYN V. Mable C. Doten of Edmonton, AB and formerly of Meductic, NB passed away January 29, 2006 in Edmonton. Born in Nackawic, NB in 1907, she was a daughter of the late William and Winnie (Fox) McGuire. She was a life member of the Missionary Society of the United Church of Canada and the United Church Women. Mable had lived in Edmonton for the past 15 years. She is survived by a son, Vaughan Hall (Marian), Edmonton, AB; a daughter-in-law, Wanetta Hall, Ottawa, ON; a sister, Royetta Geldard (Eldon), Ottawa, ON; three sisters-in-law, Marie McGuire, Nackawic, Marjorie Grant, Fredericton and Mary Miller, Hamilton, ON; four grandchildren, Terry Hall (Joanne), Joene Reynolds (Jeff), Brad Hall and Bart Hall (Lugano); seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mable was predeceased by her first husband, Dawson Hall, her second husband, Percy Doten, a son, Vernon Hall, a brother, Corbett McGuire and four sisters, Nellie Carpenter, Robena Carpenter, Willa Dickinson and Zella Bragan. Resting at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic with visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 3, 2006 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Fred Burrill officiating. Interment will be later at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
