SCOVIL, THOMAS HEWLETT The death of Thomas Scovil of the Village of Gagetown, NB occurred Friday, March 3, 2006. Born in Upper Hamstead, NB he was the son of the late Hewlett and Louise (Rubins) Scovil and husband of the late M. Shirley (Burns) Scovil. Tom was a former harness horse trainer and driver. He is survived by his sons, Thomas (Mary Anne) and Paul (Marilyn) all of Bridgewater, NS; daughter, Ann Scovil of the Village of Gagetown and grandchildren, Sarah and Nathan. He is predeceased by his parents and wife, Shirley. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Tom's home, 52 Front Street, Gagetown. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2006 at 11:00 am from St. John's Anglican Church, Gagetown. The Rev. Gerald Laskey officiating. Interment will take place in the St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, Gagetown. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
