LAWSON, MARION THELMA Marion Thelma Lawson of Grafton, wife of Willard A. Lawson, passed away at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock on Sunday, March 12, 2006, at the age of 76. Born at Montreal, QC, she was a daughter of the late James Azariah and Margaret Jane (Ralston) Sheppard. In addition to her husband of 55 years, Marion is survived by five sons, Guy Lawson (Judy) of Grafton, Dale Lawson (Susan) of Miramichi, Terry Lawson of Sarasota, Florida, Danny Lawson of Fredericton, and Christopher Lawson (Heather) of Woodstock; two daughters, Phyllis Prendergast (Ronald) of Fredericton and Cindy Kinney (Kirk) of Woodstock; a sister, Joanne Pratt (Willard) of Newbridge; grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Eric MacKinnon will be officiating, with interment in the Bull Lake Cemetery. www.scottfh.com
