BELL, AUDREY IRENE 1923 - 2006 - The passing of Audrey Irene (Gartley) Bell, wife of the late Ernest Bell of Oakville, NB, occurred on Sunday, April 9, 2006 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital at the age of 83. Born in Watson Settlement, NB, Audrey was the daughter of the late Ernest and Nettie (Blackmore) Gartley. Audrey is survived two daughters: Barbara (Glen Rees), Guysborough, NS, Sandra Black (Ronnie), Bloomfield, NB, son Andrew (Louise Peabody), Oakville, NB, five grandchildren: Graeme, Seth, Curtis Black and Martha, Craig Bell, brother Hazen, Houlton, Maine, several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Audrey was predeceased by four sisters: Clara, Alice, Rachel, Jennie and brother Henry. The family will receive visitors at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Tuesday, April 11 from 3:30 to 5:30 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday April 12 from the St. Mark's Anglican Church, Jackson Falls at 2 PM with Rev. Chris Hayes officiating. Interment will be in the Jackson Falls Cemetery.
