GAUDET, YVETTE (MARIE ALICE) The death of Yvette (Marie Alice) Gaudet of Inglewood St Moncton occurred at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, April 14, 2006. Born in Collette, NB on February 24, 1932 she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Pitre) Gaudet. Yvette had been employed as a telephone operator with the Westin Hotel in Winnipeg for many years before her retirement several years ago. She is survived by her best friend and caregiver Leo Thibodeau; her children, Margaret Gionet-Mackie of Saint John, Barbara (Phillip) Martin of Saskatoon, Monica (Doug) Anderson, Roderick (Sandra) Cline and Grant Cline all of Winnipeg; her brothers Medric of Minto, Gerald of BC and Lionel of Ontario; her sister Lorraine Lynch of Minto, many grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, her brothers Joe and Abel predeceased her. Cremation has taken place and the family will be receiving visitors at the Minto Funeral Home, King Street Minto, NB (327-3490) on Friday evening from 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 22nd, 2006 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Minto with Father Peter Stephen officiating. Interment will be in Saint Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB. Arrangements in Moncton are under the direction of Cadman Bowness Funeral Home.
