BURNS, SUSAN MARIE The passing of Susan Marie Burns, wife of William Roy Burns, of Fredericton, occurred on May 26, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 6, 1961 in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of Bill McHarg and the late Jude (Graham) McHarg. Susan was the Head Supervisor at Shoppers Drug Mart on Main Street, Fredericton. Besides her husband and her father, she is survived by two sons, Scott Mullin (Teri-Lynn) of Saint John West and Spencer Mullin of Quispamsis; three step-children, Heather Burns Mann (Adrien) of Fredericton, Kimberly Burns of Fredericton and Michael Burns of Fredericton; one sister, Janice Bourgoin (Victor) of Dieppe; one brother, Wayne McHarg (Michelle Geldart) of Moncton; one niece, Kristen; two nephews, Mitchell McHarg of Moncton and Brett; three aunts, Ann Graham, Dawn Lang and Barbara Bennett; one uncle, Bernard McHarg (Josephine) and her maternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Graham (Perry) of Saint John. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Fred and Mary (Higgins) McHarg; her maternal grandfather, Pat Graham and her aunt, Marie Holmes. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Monday, May 29th from 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church on Tuesday, May 30th, 2006 at 11 am with Canon Bill MacMullin officiating. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Saint John, NB. at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances made to the Cancer Research would be appreciated by the family.
