ROBERT DIBBLEE REGAN

REGAN, ROBERT DIBBLEE The death of Robert Dibblee Regan, husband of Juanita (Mills) Regan, occurred on Saturday June 3, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in St. Stephen, NB he was a son of the late Hardy and Jennie (Woodside) Regan. Bob was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He worked as a woodsman, was employed by Fairview Plymouth as well as the Nashwaak Villa. Bob loved horses, and watching baseball, especially the Yankees. He also loved his camp, hunting and watching the birds. In addition to his wife of 55 years, Bob is survived by two sons, Dale (Barbara) Regan of Durham and Garry (Rosemarie) of Fredericton, NB; one daughter, Joan (Millen) Anderson of Stanley; five grandchildren, Becky and Jacob Anderson, Wade and Joanne and Ashley Regan; special cousin, Ellwart (Bunny) and his wife Alice; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bob was predeceased by one sister, Tillie and one brother-in-law, Burns; two nieces, Flora and Audrey; one nephew, Ardie and cousin, Carol Regan. Visitation will take place at St. Peter's Presbyterian Church in Stanley, NB on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from the church on Monday, June 5, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Kim Barlow officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Andy Dorcas, Ronnie Hay, Wade Regan, Jacob Anderson, Laurie O'Hara and Mark Goodine. Interment will take place in the Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Just Friends Food Bank or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
