CALDER, FLORELLA Flo Calder, former resident of Oromocto, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 4, 2006, surrounded by the love of her family, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was born in Indian Islands, Nfld. Flo was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie (Collins) Moss. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert R. Calder. Flo was a loving and devoted mother to sons, Rick of Alberta, and Robert of Oromocto, his wife, Barbara, their children Nicholas and Jennifer and her children, Joshua, Brianna, and Evan. And a devoted and loving mother to daughters, Jean Calder of Fredericton (Terry Embleton) and Dorothy Gaudet of St. George, her husband, Wiley, and their children, Dean and Sara (Scott Hill), and their child, Emily. Flo was predeceased by her sister, Jean and brothers Donald and Joseph. And survived by her sisters Clara and Joyce, and brother Lorne; all of Newfoundland. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church in Oromocto on Friday, July 7, 2006 at 2p.m. The Rev. Keith Howlett will officiate, assisted by The Rev. Mary Anne Langmaid. A reception will follow in the church hall. A special thank you is extended to the staff at Pine Grove Nursing Home, Fredericton, for their excellent and loving care.
