JARVIS, RALPH The death of Ralph Orion Jarvis, loving husband of Heather (Gillis) Jarvis, of Maugerville, N.B., occurred unexpectedly on September 2, 2006. He leaves behind his wife; two cherished daughters, Hannah and Sarah Jarvis; brothers, Stephen (Linda) of Hampton, N.B. and Keith (Marlene) of Barnesville, N.B.; sisters, Madelaine (Randy) McPhee of Penobsquis, N.B., Beth Jarvis of Saint John, N.B., and Cheryl (Alvin) Adair of Ontario; and 12 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Roberta (Lackie) Jarvis. Ralph was a member of the Devon Park Baptist Church, where his ministries included Sunday School Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher and Church Deacon. Ralph worked with UNISYS as a Computer Integration Architect, enjoyed the outdoors and his mission trips to Africa. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at 2pm with Rev. Lawrence Meade officiating. Interment will be at the Maugerville Baptist Cemetery. Remembrances made to the Devon Baptist Church Building Fund, The Heart and Stroke Foundation of N.B., or to the charity of the Donors Choice, would be appreciated by Ralph's family.
