GOGGIN, FRANCES Mrs. Frances N. Goggin of Moncton, NB and formerly of Sussex, passed away at her residence on October 9, 2006, at the age of 86. Born in Head of Millstream on December 20, 1919, she was the daughter of the late William Joseph and Julia (Dubee) Parlee and the beloved wife of the late Murray E. Goggin who passed away in 1999. Frances is survived by two daughters, Susan Miller of Moncton, Janet Robinson (Doug) of Sackville, NB; four sons, John, Bob (Marielle), Ken (Mary) all of Fredericton and Stephen (Judy) of Edmonton, Alberta; three sisters, Mary Young of Moncton, Theresa Fair of Head of Millstream and Ida Mason of Sussex; her brother, Murray Parlee (Dorothy) of Bellisle; 14 Grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her brothers, William and Charles. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with the time and date of visitation and Mass of Christian Burial to be announced.
