MCCORDICK, IVY GERTRUDE At the Oromocto Public Hospital on October 10, 2006 Ivy Gertrude McCordick of Gagetown, NB passed away at the age of 89. Born in Burton, NB she was a daughter of the late Oren and Amy (Smith) Banks. Ivy spent many years working at the Salvation Army Thrift Store. She is survived by a son Ronald Gordon of Hampton; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; special friend Pat Nason; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; Ivy's dog Frisky. She was also predeceased by her 1st husband Hazen Gordon; her 2nd husband George McCordick; a son Robert; a sister Lillian Weston; 3 brothers Charles, Covert and Ellis. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton with visitation Thursday from 6-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home on Friday October 13, 2006 at 11:00 am with Majors Leo and Marie Vincent officiating. Interment will follow at Sunny Bank Cemetery.
