WELTON, EVELYN SARAH At the Queens North Health Complex, Minto on Tuesday January 2nd, 2007 Evelyn Sarah (Weaver) Welton, widow of Arthur Welton, of Cumberland Bay; 96 years of age. Survived by daughters Muriel (John) Duffy of Chipman, and Mary (Frank) Cole of Cumberland Bay; sons Fred (Phyllis) Welton of Ottawa, and Dan (Arlene) Welton of Salisbury; by step-son Murray (Geneva) Welton of Cumberland Bay; sisters Mary Irvine of Lake George and Lorraine (Dolly) Banfield (Roy) of Dartmouth; brother Bart Weaver (Lola) of Cumberland Bay; grandchildren Cheryl Day (Richard), Wendy Dickie (Allan), Trudy Blacquier (Eugene), Michael Lemon (Jean), Stephanie Welton, Esther Wilson (Stephen), Lloyd Welton, Stephen Cole, Darrell Welton, Faye Hargreaves (Eric), and Terri Olsen (Charles); 17 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by son John, parents Frederick and Hulda (Barton) Weaver, sister Avis McNally and brother Roy Weaver. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home until Friday when funeral services will be held from the Cumberland Bay Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mitchel Foley officiating. Interment in Cumberland Bay Baptist Cemetery.
