QUIGLEY, MELISE MARY The death of Melise Mary Quigley of Minto, NB occurred Monday, January 15, 2007 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital at the age of 95. Born January 25th, 1912 in Point Sapin, NB she was the daughter of the late Amedie and Kathrine (Maillet) Daigle. Survived by sons Ernest (Pauline) of Landcaster, Mass and Gordon (Albertine) of Westminster, Mass; daughters Kay Marshall of Marysville, NB and Zelma Caterini (Armand) of Minto, NB; a brother Arthur Daigle of Minto, NB; sisters Eva Goguen and Hilda Ferguson both of Saint John, NB; 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Melise was predeceased by her husband Harley Quigley; a son Harley Jr.; a daughter Eva Crawford; 2 grandsons Daniel and William Quigley; a granddaughter Peggy Quigley-Enman; brothers Pat Daigle, Fred Daigle, Evee Daigle; a twin brother in 1921; sisters Amelia Hebert and Julia Belliveau; a son-in-law Charles Marshall. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, January 18th, 2007 from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Father P. Stephen officiating. Interment will take place in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge, NB.
