FOSTER, ELDON MURRAY The passing of Eldon Murray Foster, loving husband of Vivian (Jewett) Foster, of Burtt's Corner, N.B. occurred on March 19, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 21, 1932 in Burtt's Corner, N.B. he was the son of the late George and Winifred (Foreman) Foster. Eldon attended Burtt's Corner Church of Christ, and was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren participating in hockey, loved the great outdoors. Besides his wife Vivian, of 57 years, he is survived by three sons, Brian (Debbie) of Burtt's Corner, Danny (Karen) of Burtt's Corner, Kevin (Janet) of Burtt's Corner; and one daughter, Tammy (Dave) Wade of Fredericton, NB.; two brothers Stewart (Betty) Foster, of Fredericton, Carl Foster of Burtt's Corner, one sister, Bernice Yerxa, of Burtt's Corner, N.B.; nine grandchildren, Tanya, Jaime, Robin, Lisa, Angie, Danielle, Matthew, Anthony and Trysha; five great grandchildren, Allan, Kyle, Alex, Colby and Mitchell. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his brother Wendall. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, N.B. on Wednesday March 21, 2007 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Church of Christ, Burtt's Corner, N.B. on Thursday March 22, 2007 at 2 pm with Pastor Graham Crandall officiating. Pallbearers are: Randy Fox, Shane Fox, Melvin Crouse, Phillip Foster, Rick Foster, and Alonzo Dunphy. Honourary Pallbearers: Alden Whynott, Trent Hill, Mike Cleghorn, Chris Stewart, Steve Robinson and Wade Brewer. The interment will take place at Burtt's Corner Community Cemetery.
