GRANT, DONALD (JACK) At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday March 23, 2007 Donald (Jack) Grant of Fredericton passed away at the age of 90. Born in Millville, NB he was a son of the late Elwood and Margaret (Hallett) Grant and husband of the late Ethel (Dove) Grant. Jack was a life long employee of Diamond Construction, a member of the Knights of Pyrhias and a member of the Johnson Avenue Seniors Club. He is survived by his son Robert Grant and wife Bonnie; his daughter Sybil Grant all of Fredericton; three grandsons Chris Nason (Linda), Brent Grant (Kelly), and Peter Grant (Nancy); six great-grandchildren Christopher Nason, Jack, Max, Marcus, Sydney, and Lauren Grant, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Margaret Nason, granddaughter Jane Nason, great-granddaughter Melissa Nason, brother Burton Hallett, and sister Jean Peterson. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel on Monday March 26, 2007 at 2 pm with Rev. Boyd Vincent officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the Douglas Rural Cemetery.
