DAVIDSON, SANDRA J. The passing of Sandra Jean Davidson of Oromocto, NB, beloved wife of Calvin E. Davidson, occurred Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. She was 66. Born August 14, 1940 in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Jean (Ryder) Sturgeon. Sandra was a homemaker and a former founding member of the Oromocto Firefighters Ladies Auxiliary. Sandra is survived by her husband, Calvin (this coming May, Sandra and Calvin would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary); children, Stephen (Lori) of Williamsburg, Joe (Linda) of Fredericton Junction, Karen (Robert) of Oromocto, Lori (Steve) of Lincoln, Michael (Stacey) of Rusagonis and Wendy (Dale) of McLeod Hill Road, Fredericton; 23 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; one sister, Earline Cassidy of Fredericton; several brother and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by a brother, William. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, where visitation will be held Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Rev. Gil Todd will officiate.
