JOYCE, RONALD HOLLAND The death of Ronald Holland Joyce of Hanwell, NB, age 56, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Born in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Jeremiah and Janie (Scott) Joyce and the husband of Jacinthe (Durepos) Joyce. Ronald worked at the Department of Transportation for 35 years. He was Senior Technical Advisor for Bridge Maintenance and highly regarded for his expertise and dedication. He was a member of the United Commercial Travelers for 25 years and served as a Past Grand Counselor. He was also an Associate Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #27 for 33 years. He is survived by his wife, Jacinthe; daughter, Danielle Joyce of Fredericton, NB; sister, Mary Joyce of Halifax, NS; half brother, John (Lois) Coffey of Saint John, NB; aunt, Dorothy (Chetwynd) Scott of Lockport, NS as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, June 15th, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Saturday, June 16th, 2007 at 11:00 am with a reception following in the church hall. Rev. Monte Peters officiating.
