EVERETT ROGER LOGAN

LOGAN, EVERETT ROGER (1936-2007) In great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our loving and caring father and husband, Everett R. Logan of York Mills with family by his side on July 16, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Everett was born at Main River, Kent County in 1936, a son of the late Sarah Anne Logan. He was a great business man, an avid race fan and had a great love for the ocean bays and sea food. Everett cherished his family and friends and the many special moments they shared. He is survived by his wife, Merriam P. (Berriault) Logan; three daughters, Lisa Ludford (Terry), Fredericton, Debbie Smith (Dave Sloan), McAdam and Trudy Donahue (Bryan), York Mills; a son, Bradley Logan (Eileen), York Mills and a adopted son, Glen Logan (Jen), Saint John; grandchildren,Tara Ludford (Johnney), Fredericton, Jeff Eales (Terri), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Jason Eales (Holly), Edmonton, Alberta, Morgan Smith, McAdam, Amy Logan (Rob), Ashley Logan, Jacob Logan, all of York Mills, Julie Folland (Jason), McAdam, Brooklin Chambers, Hampton, Tyler Donahue, Saint John and Jordan Donahue, York Mills; four great grandchildren, Brianna, Hope, Brandon and Brady; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Everett was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara (Hollett) Logan. Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel onThursday, July 19, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Dr. William Randall officiating. Interment will be in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Honorary pallbearer will be Peter John Murch. Active pallbearers will be Leslie Little, John Chessie, Royden Piercy, Willie Basque, Michael Williams and Jessie Morecraft.
