BILLINGS, CLARA I. (nee Wheeler) Clara I. Billings (nee Wheeler) on November 15, 2005 peacefully in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Cremation has taken place, and as per her wishes no formal funeral will be held. A private family interment will take place on Monday, July 30, 2007 at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery. An open house and celebration of life gathering will be held for family and friends to celebrate her life at the Woodstock Baptist Church, Woodstock, New Brunswick on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. If so desired, donations may be made to the Woodstock Baptist Church or the Canadian Cancer Society.
