FORRESTER, FREDA (NEE BARTON) The death of Freda (Barton) Forrester of Newcastle Creek occurred Wednesday Aug 1st, 2007 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born Aug 23, 1925 at home Newcastle Center, A member of Newcastle Creek United Baptist Church also a member of Ladies Auxiliary Branch # 12 Minto, NB. She enjoyed her summer vacations at her camp at Princess Park with family & friends and had great enjoyment tending her flowers and playing cards and most of all relaxing. She enjoyed decorating the inside and out of her home and cottage for all occasions and various crafts. Her main goal in life was the pride and joy she took in looking after her family. Survived by son Billy of Newcastle Creek; daughter, Faye Watson (Austin) of Fredericton, NB; granddaughter, Susan (Andy) of Minto; great granddaughter, Emily; a sister, Marguerite (Goldwyn) Power of Minto, NB; Brothers, Murray (Doreen) Barton; Arthur (Leola) Barton of Chipman, NB. Predeceased by loving husband James and son Thomas Forrester; brothers Angus, Russell Barton and Sister Annie Barton. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place 3:00PM Friday, August 3, 2007 from the United Baptist Church Newcastle Creek with Pastor R. Runtz and Rev. Keith Barton officiating.
