FARRELL, MARILYN JOYE It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Marilyn J. Farrell age 62 of Upper Kingsclear on August 8, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Fredericton, she was a daughter of the late Weymon and Helen (Cameron) Thornton. Marilyn was a self employed potter as well as an accomplished artisan. She enjoyed many hours in her studio. She touched the hearts of many people and she will be dearly missed by frienda and family. Survived by her son (William) Shawn Farrell (Shelley) of Marysville; 2 grandsons Spencer and Ryan Farrell; brother Laurel Thornton (Ruby) of Nipissing, Ont.; sister Rena Clements of Hamilton, Ont.; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, brother Marlow Thornton. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Rd. with visitation on Saturday August 11, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2pm from the 2nd Kingsclear United Baptist Church, with Rev. Roger Urquhart officiating assisted by Rev. Jim Cowen. Interment will be in the Kingsclear Baptist Cemetery.
