MACKINNON, HELEN LOUISE The death of Helen Louise ( Foster) Mackinnon of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Saturday, August 11th, 2007 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Helen had a great love of baseball; she sang in the church choir for many years and was active in the Gilbert & Sullivan Society, and aquacise at the Y. She will be missed by her family and many great friends. Daughter of Kenneth Hartley and Edith (Patterson) Foster. Survived by her sons, Dane Mackinnon (Barbie) of Kelowna BC, and David Mackinnon of Fredericton; one grandchild, Conner Steeves; and brother, Charles Foster (Fay) of Delta BC; sister in law, Leytha Foster of Dartmouth NS; brother in law, James McAdam of Peterborough ON; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth (Betty) McAdam; and brothers, Donald and Gerald. The family will receive visitors at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home, 160 York Street. Fredericton NB (458-9170) on Thursday, August 16th , 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A memorial service will take place at the JA McAdam Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 17th , 2007 at 2:00pm with Rev. Greg Geldart officiating.
