DOWIE, IRENE Irene Dowie, age 75, of Victoria Corner, NB passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock. She was predeceased by her husband Robert and son Stephen. She is survived by her children; Paul (Diane) Dowie of Halifax, NS, Philip (Connie) Dowie of St. Thomas, NB, Sharon Gallagher of Lanham, Maryland, Debbie (Dean) Somers of Magog, QE, Joanna Dowie of Victoria Corner, NB, Joy (Dave) Kearley of Paris, ON, Melody (Mike) Booker of South Paris, Maine, 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, daughter-in-law Mindy Dowie of Woodstock, NB, brothers, Jim (Hazel) Campbell of Vancouver, BC, Denis (Dorothy) Campbell of Belfast, Ireland, nieces and nephews. Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Monday, August 27th from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday the 28th at 2:00 p.m. from the New Brunswick Bible Institute Chapel in Victoria Corner.
