Mrs. Phyllis Cowan , age 95, of Moose Jaw passed away on November 14, 2008. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. A full obituary will appear in a later edition.
