GARDINER, STERLING THOMAS The death of Sterling Thomas Gardiner of Rusagonis, NB formerly of Minto, NB occurred Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Gardiner's Point, NB he was the son of the late Wilfred and Gray (Chapman) Gardiner. Survived by his loving and devoted wife Barbara (Fulton) Gardiner; daughters, Paula Gardiner and Heather Lipsett (Jeffrey); a granddaughter Morgan (Wee Wee); a special dog friend Trouble all of Rusagonis, NB; brothers, Wilfred (Mabel) of Blacks River, NB, Brian (Jasante) of Baie du Vin, NB, Douglas of Edmonton, AB; a sister Marie Hodgson (Robert) of Lincoln, NB; a special niece Barbara Laskey (John) of Minto, NB; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Sterling was predeceased by a brother Carman Gardiner and a sister Gertrude Gardiner. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) with visiting today 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 PM Friday, November 30th, 2007 from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father P. Stephen officiating.
