PAGE, CHARLENE It is with great sadness that the family of Charlene Page announces her passing, suddenly, yet peacefully, at her home in McAdam, N.B. January 5, 2008. Born on November 6, 1929, she was the eldest daughter of the late Margaret and Ellis (Shongo) Moore. She was a strong Christian and an active member of her church, and a life-long encourager. Charlene is survived by her two daughters, Louise and Lynn Page of Dartmouth; her son, Joe and his wife, Kathy of Quispamsis; four loving grandchildren, Jacob, Deveney, Lydia and Joley Page; one sister, Joanne (Raleigh) of Florida; many special sisters and brothers in law, many cousins, nieces and nephews and some very special friends. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 48 years, Alfred, in 1996; her brothers, James, Odville, Holly and Leroy; and an infant sister, Gladys. Resting at Rockland Drive Baptist Church with visiting Tuesday 2-5, 7-9 pm with the funeral service on Wednesday at 1pm from the Church. Donations may be made to Rockland Drive Church, Heart and Stroke foundation or the McAdam Station Restoration Fund. Funeral Arrangements made by S.O. Mehan and Son.
