WATSON, LENA JESSIE Peacefully in her sleep, January 20, 2008, Lena Jessie Watson, age 73 went home to rejoin the love of her life for 53 years, Clifford Watson. One cannot think of Lena without remembering her love for her gardens and canning the fruits of her labour! Many loved ones have enjoyed receiving gifts from her kitchen, (her favorite room in her home). Her love for her family was unconditional and most of all was natural. Predeceased by husband, Clifford Watson. Lena was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She'll be sadly missed by her daughter and friend, Kathy Watson, who has been at her side during her illnesses; also, will be missed by son, Terry Watson, Edmonton, AB; two grandsons, Cody and Corey Watson who will especially miss their Nanny. She was one of their greatest foundations! In all, Lena has 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; also a very special four legged friend and companion, Tippy Watson, who will sadly miss her; several half sisters and brothers; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or funeral service, requested by the deceased. In lieu of flowers, remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
