CAMERON, CLAUDIA IRENE The passing of Claudia Irene Cameron, formerly of Smith Street, North Devon occurred at York Manor Nursing Home in Fredericton on February 17th, 2008, at the age of 96. Born in Doaktown, NB., she was the daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Austin (Morehouse). She is survived by her son, Carroll A. (Grace) Cameron of Keswick Ridge, NB.; one sister, Vera Gunter of Ontario; two nieces, Annette (Blaine) Reid of Fredericton, and Gerarda (Ron) Ottewell of Ontario; two nephews, Harry (Terry) Robinson, and Johnny (Wendy) Robinson, both of Alberta and their families; extended family include, Stan and Lillian Holt, of Red Rock NB and Stephen Holt of Ontario, and Leslie (Kirk) Dalziel, of Prince Edward Island; Heather and Artie Login of Stanley, NB. Also long time friend Marg Gunne of Douglas NB; and her childhood friend Margaret Margison of Nashwaaksis. She was predeceased by her husband, Carroll Royden Cameron; brother, Frank Austin; sister Alma Austin half-brother, Burton Close; half-sister, Ellen Robinson. Resting at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton (458-1885) with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 19th, 2008 from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel at 2 pm with Rev. Meade officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the Douglas Rural Cemetery.
