MCGAHEY, ROBERT JOHN The passing of Robert John McGahey of Fredericton, NB occurred on February 26th, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 20th, 1934 in North Devon, NB, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Porter) McGahey. Robert is survived by several cousins; he is the last surviving member of his immediate family. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, February 28th, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Saint Theresa's Parish on Friday, February 29th, 2008 at 1 pm with Father John Jennings as celebrant. Interment will take place in Saint Anthony's Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
