HILL, VIVIAN HAZEL Vivian H. (Jones) Hill of Howland Ridge, NB passed away February 28, 2008 at Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Born at Upper Hainesville in 1924, she was a daughter of the late Ernest E. and Cledia B. (Hoyt) Jones. Vivian was an Auxiliary member of the RCL Millville Branch # 59. She enjoyed bingo, bowling and was a very competitive dart player. Vivian is survived by three daughters, Irene MacFarlane, Temperance Vale, Carol Ann Griffin (Bob), Fredericton and Mary Lou Brewer (Joe), Howland Ridge; four sons, Beverly Hill (Debbie), Hawkins Corner, Glendon Hill (Debbie), Fredericton, Gary Hill, Alberta and Barry Hill, Howland Ridge; one brother, Oland Jones (Iva), Woodstock; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Walter B. Hill in 1991; three grandchildren, Mary Ann Griffin, Stephen Christopher MacFarlane and Kayla MacFarlane; five sisters, Neva Morehouse, Evelyn Jones, Annie Wallace, Mildred Billings and Velma McKay; three brothers, Guy, Kenneth and Fred Jones. Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic on Saturday, March 1, 2008 from 1 to 3 p.m. when the funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Rev. Mark Cooney and Rev. Derek Langille officiating. Interment will be later at Hawkins Corner Cemetery. A RCL Ladies Auxiliary Tribute Service will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Korry Hill, Brenden Brewer, Alex Brewer, Sheldon Hill and nephews, Blair Jones and Larry Jones.
