RING, GREGORY KENNETH The death of Gregory Kenneth Ring of Minto occurred Sunday, March 9th, 2008 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born at Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late George and Mabel (McMurray) Ring. Greg is survived by two sons, Eric Ring (Kathleen) of Ripples and (Pete) Greg Ring Jr. (Gail) of Oromocto; three daughters, Mona Morgan of Saint John, Mary Smith (Neil) of French Lake and Eleanor Beatty (John) of Wasauga Beach, ON; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two step-sons, John McNeill and Earl McNeill (Eileen), both of Minto; two step-daughters, Margaret Anne Harvey (George) of Mississauga, ON and Dianne LaPointe of Fredericton; a brother, Lloyd Ring; a sister, Shirley Whitlock; a sister-in-law, Irene Ring, all of Saint John; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruth (Mahar) Ring; his second wife, Jean McNeill-Ring; a grandson, Ricky Ferguson; a son, Gary Ring and a brother, Donald Ring. There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 12th, 2008 at Trinity United Church, Minto with Rev. Nancy Ritchie officiating. Interment will take place in the Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery at a later date.
