MUNN, GORDON K. The passing of Gordon K. Munn, age 71, of Holtville, NB, occurred unexpectedly at his residence on April 2, 2008. Born in Holtville, he was a son of the late Gerald and Mary (Davis) Munn. Gordon is survived by his wife, Audrey; one son, Timothy (Sherri) of Holtville; two grandchildren, Dillon and Jessica; two sisters, Floris of Porter Cove, Glendeen (Elva) of Marysville; two brothers, Stafford (Marilyn) of Boiestown, Lorie (Lorraine) of Fredericton; sisters-in-law, Mard, Barb and Ardith and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Gordon was predeceased by three brothers, Preston, Winston and Arthur; two sisters, Nellie and Janice and two brothers-in-law, Lancy and Murray. Gordon was a member of the Upper Miramichi Lions Club for many years. Before his retirement he worked for several years as a woods worker and also worked for Forest Protection. He was an avid hunter and loved going to his camp in Dungarvon. Visitation will be held at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon on Friday, April 4, 2008 from 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 2 pm with Rev. Robbie Hanson officiating. Interment will take place in Cameron Hill Cemetery at a late date.
