Husband of Kathleen Isabel Currie of Fredericton NB; son of the late Frank E. and Amanda G.(Dunphy) of Fredericton, NB. Predeceased by brothers George, Hanford and Hon. Charles McElman; sister Annie Paulini; and son-in-law, Robert A. Vanasse. Survived by daughter, Heather and son James (Cathie Pieretti); grandchildren, Morgan, Colleen (Dan Rossignol) and Emily McElman, Rob (Dorrie Saya), and Mark (Lynn Blaine) Vanasse; great-grandchildren Cody, Tavish, Cameron, Riley and Grace. No visitation by request of deceased. Private cremation and interment at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa.
