GRACE V. CAMERON
CAMERON, GRACE V. Grace Victoria (Orchard) Cameron of Keswick, NB, beloved wife of Carroll A. Cameron (best friend for 37 years and husband for 31 years), passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born December 6, 1949 in Fredericton she was the daughter of Winnifred (Newman) Orchard and the late Robert Orchard. Predeceased by her father, Robert Orchard of Jemseg; her grandmother, Victoria Mills of Fredericton and her beloved Grampy, Otti of White's Cove, NB; and brother-in-law, Stephen Monahan of Hampton. Grace was a graduate of the Atlantic Business College. At one time she was employed at the Victoria Public Hospital, Lawson Motors, Fish and Wildlife Branch DNR, Irving Oil and Northside Co-op Home and Farm. For the past ten years Grace has battled many illnesses and with the strong support of family and friends she has conquered them. Of late she and her husband, Carroll were casual workers with Sylvar and were affectionately known as "Mama Bug" and "Papa Bug". Grace is survived by her mother, Winnifred Orchard of Fredericton; her best friend (37 years) and husband for 31 years, Carroll A. Cameron of Keswick; sister, Carol Monahan of Hampton, NB; brother, Ronald Orchard (Catherine) of White's Cove and brother, Malcolm Orchard (Bonny) of Maine USA; several nieces and nephews. Grace is also survived by a host of extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Randy Fawkes officiating. A reception will be held at the funeral home immediately following the service. Interment in the Douglas Rural Cemetery at a later date.
