DUNPHY, MARLENE LOIS It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Marlene Lois Dunphy in Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC on May 30, 2008. Born in Upper Keswick, NB, August 05, 1934. Marlene was beautiful, compassionate, thoughtful, generous, always thinking of others, happy, had a sense of humour and always supportive. Survived by her loving and devoted husband and soulmate, Murray of 55 years; children, daughter Beverly, husband Fred, and children Ryan, Kiel and Derek; her daughter Judy, son Malcolm and wife Kathryn and children, Timothy and Jennifer, daughter Diane and husband Darryl and children, Kate, Emily, Devin, Trejuanelle and Tommylia; sisters, Miriam, Mary and husband Garnet; sister-in-law Patricia and predeceased by brother David.; brother-in-law Lorne and sister-in-law Jean; brother-in-law Eldon and sister-in-law Geraldine; brother-in-law Ralph, also many brother and sister-in-laws; nieces and nephews. Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 08, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Nanaimo Golf Club, 2800 Highland Boulevard, Nanaimo, BC. A tea will follow.
