EARLE, GERALD PATRICK We regret to inform you of the passing of Gerald Patrick Earle, of Mactaquac, NB, husband of Anne (Howland) Earle, occurred on June 23, 2008, at home. Born on January 9, 1943, he was the son of the late Thomas and Lillian (Cook) Earle and brother, late Robert Earle. Gerry served in the Canadian Armed Forces for a number of years with the Royal Canadian Dragoons, he was also a member of the RCD Association and Gerry recently retired from the Mactaquac Provincial Park. In addition to his wife, Anne, Gerry is survived by his children, Jay (Amanda), Jeff (Kimberly Keizer) and Andrea all of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Emma, Jacob, Avery and Harrison; sisters, Jeanette (Cyril) Attwood, Elizabeth (Leonard) Hollwell, Marilyn (Gary) Viscount all of St. John's, NF; Shirley Spike of Laguna Beach, California; brothers, Thomas Jr. (Thomasina) and William (Judy) both of St. John's, NF; many nieces and nephews; father-in-law, Joseph Howland (late Bessie); sisters-in-law, Sharon Hamilton (Dale) of Mactaquac, Lisa Davison (Chad) of Seattle, US; brothers-in-law, Robert Howland of Fredericton, NB, Charles Howland (Sandra) of Mactaquac and Donnie Clark (late Nancy) of Keswick, NB. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, June 26, 2008 from 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service and Legion Tribute Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, June 27, 2008 at 2 pm. Interment will take place in Mactaquac Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
