PAUL DELUCRY
DELUCRY, PAUL The passing of Paul DeLucry, of Fredericton, NB, husband of Ruth (Hawkes) DeLucry occurred on Saturday, June 28, 2008 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 28, 1933 in Tay Creek, NB, he was a son of the late Leo and Margaret (Hayes) DeLucry. Paul was a mechanic with the City of Fredericton for several years and attended St. Theresa's Catholic Church. In addition to his wife of 54 years, Paul is survived by his three children, Bev (Doug) Newman of Peterborough, ON, Janice (Garth) Gilks of Rusagonis, NB and Dale DeLucry of Fredericton, NB; three grandchildren, Mark Newman of Peterborough, ON, Ryan Gilks of Fredericton, NB and Kara Gilks (Dan MacDonald) of Rusagonis, NB; two great grandchildren, Sebastien and Darnell; one brother, John (Shirley) DeLucry of Fredericton, NB; two sisters, Greta (Glen) Clarkson and Ellen Ann (Hazen) Thomas both of Fredericton, NB; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Theresa's Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 11 am with Father John Jennings as celebrant. A Private Family Interment will be held. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Arthritis Society of New Brunswick or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
