EDNEY, JENNIE ELLEN Jennie Ellen Edney 1940-2008, dearest daughter of Jean H. Edney (Somerville); loving sister of Ruth (Laurel) Lawrence, Elizabeth (Robert) Nicholls, Marion (Gordon) Warman, Vera (Rick) Coy, Viola (Phillip) Brewer; and cherished friend to many passed away on July 8, 2008. She was predeceased by her father, A. Keith Edney and her brother, Frederick James. A teacher by profession and wild child by nature, she loved to travel, entertain friends, cook and garden. She was the queen of e-mail, keeping in touch daily with her sisters, nieces and nephews and the many good friends that she made over the years. A special thanks to all those who supported and cared for her through her courageous battle with cancer. There will be no service or visitation by request. Interment will take place in Taymouth Community Cemetery at a later date.
