SKEAD, JUNE The death of June (Sansom) Skead of Whites Cove, NB, wife of late Andrew William Skead, occurred on Friday, July 11th, 2008 at her residence. Born in Moncton, NB, daughter of the late Theodore and Gladys (Forbes) Sansom. She was a longtime member of St. Paul's United Church in Fredericton. June is survived by her three sons, Gordon (Katherine) of Fredericton, NB, Jon (Lora) of Saint John, NB, and Duncan (Colleen) of Campbell River, BC, and daughter-in-law, Jeann Skead of Fredericton, NB; eight grandchildren, Rob, Chris, Kate, Andy, David, Jessica, Scott and Jonathan; one brother, Robert Sansom (Moira) of London, ON and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Andrew; one son, Bill; one brother, Reginald Sansom and her sister-in-law, Allison Sansom. The family will receive visitors at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home, 160 York Street, Fredericton, on Monday, July 14th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The memorial service will take place at The J.A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, July 15th, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Rev. H. G. MacKenzie officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in the White's Cove United Church Cemetery.
