BAXTER, JOHN WILLIAM John William Appleton aged 47, passed away at his home in Columbia, Tennessee on June 29, 2008. Born in Moncton, NB; he graduated from Rothesay Collegiate School and attended the University of New Brunswick and Middle Tennessee State University. He was formerly employed by the Dept. of Justice, Fredericton, NB. and most recently with Home Depot in Nashville, TN and Pulaski, TN. John had a great passion for Flying and American football. He was an original season ticket holder with the Tennessee Titans football club. He is survived by his parents, John and Judy (Nickerson) Baxter, Shediac Cape, NB and Bethlehem, IN; sisters, Krista (Robert) Hynes, Louisville KY and Kelleah (Barry) Fulmer, New Albany, IN, nieces, Emily Hynes, Ashley Fulmer and nephew, John Fulmer; Paternal grandfather, Marshall Nickerson, Royal Court, Riverview, NB; several aunts and uncles, and his close and dear friend, Kristin Thurlow of Fredericton, NB. He was predeceased by his Paternal grandparents, Dr. Charles and Margaret Baxter and his Maternal grandmother, Florence Nickerson. A memorial service will be held at Trinity United Church, Shediac, NB on July 25, 2008 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Canadian Military Family Fund or Greenwood Cemetery of Shediac, 3526 Rte. 134, Shediac Cape, NB, would be appreciated.
